The upgrade includes additional FIRM Element courses, Annual Compliance Meetings (ACM) and Insurance CE courses as well as improved student alerting, administrator reporting and ease-of-use features.
CE Module is fully integrated with the other modules of the cMAX platform allowing broker-dealers to fully leverage their technology investment by streamlining multiple aspects of compliance operations and requiring fewer software tools. cMAX brings together CE; Training Needs Assessments; Annual Compliance Questionnaires; Advertising Review; Branch Audit technology; Registration Management; Complaints; Gifts & Entertainment; Trade Pre-clearance and other applications all in one place within a common user experience.
The cMAX CE Module has been enhanced with a fully revised user dashboard ensuring ease of use for registered representatives and other supervised personnel. A new alert system notifies students that courses are available and sends reminders to those who have not completed their obligations. The administration of the overall CE program has also been upgraded with detailed student tracking, status and reporting. Other features include:
- Program Progress Report: Enables an administrator to obtain a summary for each user’s overall progress against the annual CE program.
- Admin Student Progress Report: Provides the ability for an administrator to drill down into the progress (credit status and score) of each CE assignment across the entire user population.
