Introducing the NRS ComplianceGuardian Form ADV Architect Module

NRS, the national leader in compliance consulting, education and technology solutions, today released new module for its compliance technology product, NRS ComplianceGuardian(TM), which can assist with meeting the new requirements for Form ADV Part 2. Guardian’s new Form ADV Architect Module helps firms create, maintain and archive their “plain English” firm brochures and brochure supplements.

This tool was developed based upon NRS’s experience with drafting thousands of Form ADVs and expertise in writing “plain English” disclosures. Unlike other template tools, the Form ADV Architect Module prompts you to answer questions about your firm and supervised persons, then efficiently drafts the appropriate language as the foundation of the advisers’ brochures.

Using the Module to draft disclosure language, the content can be customized with firm-specific information. Brochures can be saved in any number of formats, including the IARD-required text searchable PDF format. Firms are able to successfully communicate potential conflicts of interest and personnel information such as disciplinary actions or professional experience to clients and prospects in “plain English” while simultaneously meeting or exceeding all other Form ADV Part 2 requirements.

“In today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment, advisory firms need a technology solution that allows them to take control of their compliance program and meet the new Part 2 requirements”, said Brent Newman, Managing Director of NRS’s Global Product Group. “NRS Technology leverages the years of experience and expertise of NRS’s team of consultants to deliver clients a superior technology solution.”

A complete compliance solution, ComplianceGuardian brings together best-in-class compliance tools, education and consulting into a “one-stop” product. ComplianceGuardian’s modular design lets you select from the available modules, such as the Monthly Compliance Program Module, Desktop Seminar Module and Consulting Module, to create a custom solution that specifically addresses your firm’s needs.
