Anti Money Laundering Rep Training

A requirement under Title III of the USA PATRIOT Act is that all firms provide anti-money laundering training to all registered representatives. NRS offers a number of different modules to accommodate varying staff training needs:

• Basic AML Rep Training - for reps who have not yet had any AML training. This is a detailed training module
   
• Refresher AML Rep Training - for reps who have already taken an AML training course. This module assumes that the rep know the basics regarding anti-money laundering requirements so there is no waste of time repeating information
   
• Supervisory AML Training - this module is required (under NASD Rule 3011) to be taken by any supervisory personnel. The requirement is that supervisors must take training that is geared to their supervisory role as opposed to the rep's role.
   

Your registered reps are your "front line" defense against money laundering activities. In order to have an effective, company-wide Anti-Money Laundering Program, your reps, supervisors and other personnel need to be educated and made aware of what their responsibilities are.
