NRS has reserved a block of rooms at the group rate of $249 per night. The rate of $199 per night (depending on room type) will apply 3 days before and 3 days after the official dates of the conference, subject to availability. To insure you receive the group rate, be sure to make your reservation before 4/6/09 by calling the hotel directly at 407.239.1234 and identifying yourself as an NRS conference attendee.

Arriving Guests: Upon arrival, please proceed to Ground Transportation, located one level below baggage claim and look for the Mears Transportation desk. Inform the representative that you need the shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. After hours, you may reach a Mears Representative for assistance via the phone located at the desk.

Departing Guests: Mears provides direct transportation from the front entrance of the hotel to the airport. Advance reservations are required and can be arranged through the Mears desk each day from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., or via phone at +1 407 239 1234, ext. 4149. After hours, please call +1 407 423 5566.

Age 12 and older : $19.00 one-way, $31.00 roundtrip
Age 4-11 : $15.00 one-way, $23.00 roundtrip
Age 3 and under are free

Mears Meet And Greet: Arrangements for pick-up can be made in advance through the hotel Concierge.

$155.00 plus 15% gratuity from the airport to the hotel

Non-Mears Taxi Service: Available on the Ground Transportation Level on both sides (A and B) of the Main Terminal. Cost is approximately $55 one-way.

Resort Transportation:
A complimentary shuttle runs continuously around the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress each day from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

To/From Local Theme Parks:
Transportation to/from Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios/Epcot Center/Animal Kingdom/Sea World/Discovery Cove/Universal Studios/Islands Of Adventure is included in your hotel Resort Fee.

Scheduled shuttle transportation to the above parks is provided by Mears Transportation. Times may vary each day according to the park hours.

Stop by the Concierge or Mears Transportation Desk, located in the main lobby, for exact times. This scheduled shuttle runs at different times of the day for each park.

Around Orlando:
Transportation is available to local establishments in the immediate area through Mears Transportation for a nominal charge, including transportation to Downtown Disney, The Crossroads and more.

From Orlando Int'l Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Driving time approximately 25 minutes
Take the Beachline Expressway West (528 West) to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off the exit and proceed to second traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.

From Tampa Airport (approximately 77 miles):
Take I-275 North to I-4 East to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Route 535 North. Turn left at the third traffic light. Turn left into the Grand Cypress Resort.

From Miami International Airport (approximately 240 miles):
Take I-95 North to turnpike North. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista). Turn right at the bottom of exit ramp onto Route 535 North. Turn left at the second traffic light. Turn left into the Grand Cypress Resort.

From Tampa/St. Pete:
Take I-4 East/Daytona Beach to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn left off exit and proceed to 3rd traffic light, turn left at the light to hotel entrance.

From Daytona Beach:
Take I-4 West/Tampa to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.

From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach:
