State Bar of California Provider #2569

As an Approved Provider of CLE by the State Bar of California Committee on Continuing Legal Education, NRS continually conducts comprehensive reviews of the methods and standards of course presentation, measurement, developing and reporting. In addition to California, other domestic and international jurisdictions require their respective attorneys to obtain CLE credits. A number of these jurisdictions recognize NRS Approved Provider status in the State of California and accept credits based on the particular jurisdiction’s requirement for credit hours. To receive a "Certificate of Attendance" you must complete, sign and submit an evaluation form. For live events, you must also sign the CLE "Official Record of Attendance" at the NRS registration desk.

Some of NRS conferences and seminars may qualify for National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) continuing education credit. Please check the NALA website for requirements.

Certified Financial Planners (CFP) Sponsor
Sponsor ID #922

NRS is a CFP Sponsor of Continuing Education credits, which are approved by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. CFP credits are now posted electronically. Certain NRS activities have been pre-approved for CE credits. To have credits posted to your account on the CFP web site for pre-approved activities, you must complete, sign and submit an evaluation form. For live events, you must also sign the "CFP Official Record of Attendance" at the NRS registration desk after each session you attend.

For NRS events not submitted for pre-approval: While National Regulatory Services voluntarily submits several of our seminars and conferences to the CFP Board of Standards for review and has been recognized as an approved provider, we do not submit every event for pre-approval, due to the volume of courses. However, CFP Board standards indicate that CFP certificants can apply for credit for programs which meet requirements and are qualified for continuing education credit. Since NRS seminars and conferences are designed to comply with continuing education requirements for professionals, you should be able to submit events and receive continuing education credit. To have credits posted to your account on the CFP web site for NRS pre-approved activities, you must complete, sign and submit an evaluation form. For live events, you must also sign the "CFP Official Record of Attendance" at the NRS registration desk after each session you attend.
